Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase (perish the thought!) you may return the item within 10 days days of delivery for a full refund or a credit towards another item. The item must be new and unworn.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if there was an error on our part; either you received the wrong item or there was a defect in the jewelry.
We do our very best to send you only fabulous, perfect pieces, but everything is handmade and all natural stones have some variation. Call us if you have any concerns and we'll do our very best to make you happy.
If you want to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the reason for the return. We will respond quickly and you'll receive your refund within 3 weeks of our receipt of the return. This is the very outside time frame, in almost all cases we process refunds within a week.
We cannot be responsible for returned items not received, so make sure to insure the piece you're returning.
Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Outer Mongolia...maybe not, but most other international destinations, no problem. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
When you place an International order, we will estimate shipping charges and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.
